POLICIES
All limited edition posters and print sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All original artwork sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If a clothing item doesn't fit, Returns/Exchanges on clothing are only accepted if the items are in unworn, pristine condition, with the tag attached. Refunds are only for the price of the item. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping Returns/Exchanges.  

SHIPPING
This is a teeny tiny operation. All items are packed with love and care. We try to make it to the Post Office once a week. During poster drops and holidays, shipping times can take longer due to the influx of orders.

If your order needs to ship right away, like if it's a gift or something, please let us know! We will do our best to help. 

Posters are shipped in sturdy Yazoo tubes, or in a tube within a Priority Mail triangle, via USPS Priority Mail.

All posters ship insured. If a poster arrives damaged from shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS.  

LOCAL PICK-UPS
Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP and we'll be in touch within a few days to arrange a pick-up. 

WILL A SOLD OUT POSTER BE REPRINTED?
Probably not, with some very rare exceptions that are sanctioned by the band. (This has only happened once!) The posters are comissioned by the bands in limited quantities, and once they're sold out, no more can be made.
